Tín Phong Community Park — transforming underutilized land into a shared landscape of growth, connection, and adaptability. The project reimagines a 1,558 m² site within the Tín Phong residential area as a temporary yet impactful public space, activating unused land into a flexible community park while preserving its potential for future development. Designed with a low-cost, easily deployable approach, the park serves as a catalyst for social interaction and local engagement.Công viên cộng đồng Tín Phong – chuyển hóa khu đất chưa sử dụng thành cảnh quan cộng đồng linh hoạt, nuôi dưỡng kết nối và sự phát triển. Dự án tái định hình khu đất 1.558 m² trong khu chung cư Tín Phong thành một không gian công cộng tạm thời nhưng giàu giá trị sử dụng, kích hoạt khu đất chưa sử dụng thành công viên linh hoạt.
