Our competition proposal for the Phước Kiển, Nhà Bè mixed-use development reimagines high density living through a nature wellness lens. Residential, commercial, and office spaces are interwoven with rooftop gardens, water features, and open-air terraces — places that invite mindfulness, social connection, and daily renewal. Sustainable strategies such as natural ventilation, daylight optimization, and biophilic materials enhance comfort and reduce environmental impact.Chúng tôi kiến tạo những thành phố biết thở – nơi kiến trúc nuôi dưỡng sức khỏe, gắn kết con người và đưa thiên nhiên trở lại với đời sống hằng ngày. Đề xuất của chúng tôi cho dự án khu phức hợp tại Phước Kiển, Nhà Bè tái định nghĩa mô hình sống mật độ cao qua lăng kính thiên nhiên và sức khỏe. Các không gian ở, thương mại và văn phòng được đan xen cùng vườn mái xanh, hồ nước cảnh quan và sân thượng mở – những nơi khơi gợi sự tĩnh tại, kết nối cộng đồng và tái tạo năng lượng mỗi ngày.
