Will of Fire – Spirit of Water — shaping a living heritage landscape where nature, culture, and development coexist. The Bien Ho – Chu Dang Ya master plan envisions a 6,300-hectare ecological and tourism territory in Pleiku, structured around the dual forces of volcanic highlands and water landscapes. The concept is translated into a spatial framework of three belts and one continuous heritage ring, integrating strict conservation, living cultural systems, and controlled development.Hoả Chí – Thuỷ Hồ – kiến tạo một cảnh quan di sản sống, nơi thiên nhiên, văn hoá và phát triển cùng tồn tại. Quy hoạch Biển Hồ – Chư Đăng Ya định hình một vùng du lịch – sinh thái quy mô 6.300 ha tại Pleiku, dựa trên hai yếu tố cốt lõi là địa hình núi lửa và hệ mặt nước đặc trưng. Ý tưởng được cụ thể hoá thành cấu trúc không gian gồm ba vành đai và một vòng di sản liên tục.
